The Code recognizes the best practice principles we pledge to follow for soliciting, promoting, advertising, marketing, selling or distributing our products or services.

These terms govern your use of any eligible Libro Credit Union debit card when you add or keep your Card in a mobile wallet for use on any eligible device that supports the use of the Wallet.

This Online Service Agreement applies to all Libro Credit Union Limited (“Libro”) Owners effective January 1, 2020 who use Libro mobile and computer banking using the internet.

At Libro, we take your privacy seriously. We adhere to strict regulations for maintaining the privacy and confidentiality of your personal information, and we’re accountable, by law and to Libro Owners, for respecting and safeguarding private data.

This service agreement includes all Libro Owner’s deposit Accounts, all Cards (excluding credit Cards) and all transactions processed in their Accounts and using their Cards.

This Service Agreement is in effect January 1, 2024.
