Debit Cards
During business hours: Call 1-800-361-8222 anywhere in North America to chat with a Libro Connect Representative from 8am to 8pm Monday to Friday and from 8am to 4pm on Saturday or visit your nearest branch.
After branch hours: Members must call Everlink at 1-888-277-1043. This number is available 24 hours day, 7 days a week.
Credit Cards
Lost or stolen Libro Visa* credit cards: Members must call COLLABRIA at 1-855-341-4643. This number is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Alternatively, a lost or stolen Libro Visa* can be reported in the Cardwise Mobile app or on Cardwise Online.
