My work experience prior to Libro includes nine years in the livestock feed and agricultural machinery business. I have been with Libro since 1996 and managed an agricultural and commercial portfolio along with the Watford Branch from 1998-2014. In 2012 I accepted the role of Lambton Middlesex Regional Manager and currently oversee Libro's Watford, Arkona, Sarnia and Strathroy branches along with working directly with the region's agricultural and commercial team. I also operate a cash crop farm business with a partner which allows me valuable insight with operating a business along with the benefit of staying current with trends, issues and government policies which affect agricultural business.

I am also on the Huron House Boys' Home board of directors which oversees the organization's financial stability.
