Libro’s AGM is your chance to hear updates, ask questions, and see the results of the Board election. Held every April, in London Ontario with a virtual attendance option, it’s where Members connect with leadership and help guide what’s next.
Update to Members: Annual General Meeting
Following the approval of the amalgamation between Libro Credit Union and Kawartha Credit Union, our combined credit union began operating on January 1, 2026.
Our next Annual General Meeting will be held in April 2027. Details about the meeting will be shared with members in March 2027.

All Libro Members — including YOU — are invited to attend the Annual General Meeting (AGM) and take part in advance voting. Advance voting typically takes place during the two months leading up to the AGM.
What is an AGM?
All Libro Members — including YOU — are invited to attend the Annual General Meeting (AGM) and take part in advance voting. Advance voting typically takes place during the two months leading up to the AGM.
During an AGM, Libro will announce the results of the Board of Directors elections, there will be an annual update given by the Board of Directors and Libro Executive management, and an open Q&A for Members.
