What is an AGM?

All Libro Owners — including YOU — are invited to attend the Annual General Meeting (AGM) and take part in advance voting. Advance voting typically takes place during the two months leading up to the AGM.

During an AGM, Libro will announce the results of the Board of Directors elections, there will be an annual update given by the Board of Directors and Libro Executive management, and an open Q&A for Owners.
