Libro Credit Union accepting Old East Village donations

Libro Credit Union is working with the Old East Village Community Association to support those affected by the OEV explosion late last night.
We are accepting donations at all our branches. The money will be placed into an OEVCA account that was already established at Libro, and administered by the association itself. Visit libro.ca for full details of our banking network.
Libro has begun the fundraising effort by donating $10,000. We send our thanks to everyone in the community, including Councillor Jesse Helmer and some residents directly involved in the incident, who spoke with us this morning and agreed we could become involved in this way.
