2024 BOARD OF DIRECTORS ELECTIONS
The Board of Directors is a key leadership team at Libro. The success of Libro relies heavily on the composition of the board, which necessitates individuals possessing the requisite abilities, knowledge, experience, and traits. Based on a skills gap analysis, ideal candidates in the 2024 elections will have one or more of the following competencies:
- Audit and compliance,
- Agricultural or commercial business experience,
- Industry level transformational change.
In addition, experience providing oversight in a highly regulated environment or holding a financial qualification, such as a Chartered Accountant (CPA)/Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA), would be an asset.
The table below identified the candidates in the 2024 board elections. Elections took place at the Annual General Meeting on April 20, 2024, with Owner-elected Representatives carrying the vote during those elections.
