Leap Forward Contest Rules

 

  1. Contest period is January 15, 2024 to March 30, 2024.
  2. This offer is available to new and existing Libro Owners. Must be 18 years of age or older.
  3. NO PURCHASE NECESSARY, MAKING A PURCHASE WILL NOT IN ANY WAY WHATSOEVER INCREASE OR OTHERWISE IMPACT YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING IN THIS CONTEST.
    • You can earn a maximum of ONE (1) entry (each, an “Entry” and collectively the “Entries”) by completing following entry method: 
      • Completing an approximately 15–minute coaching call with a Libro Coach to discuss investment planning  
      • Meeting to be held with an Investment Specialist, Financial Planner or Regional Financial Planner during the contest period 
      • Meeting can be in-branch, virtual or on the phone 
      • Meeting will be logged for entry when booked online by Libro Owner and recorded as completed by Libro Coach or for walk-ins and call-ins recorded as completed by Libro Coach through online booking platform following meeting  
  4. Prize is $5,000 to be deposited into a Libro chequing or savings account.  
  5. The prize must be accepted as awarded, no substitutions. If the winner declines the prize within 14 days of being notified they are a winner, or fails to reply within 14 days of being notified they are a winner, a new random draw for a winner will be held. 
  6. Odds of being selected depend on the number of eligible entries received.   
  7. The random draw for the prize will be made on or before April 12, 2024. 
  8. Participant must correctly answer a time-limited, mathematical skill testing question before being declared the winner. If they cannot, a new random draw for a winner will be held. 
  9. The contest is subject to all applicable federal, provincial and municipal laws and regulations. 
  10. Staff, Owner Representatives and Board of Directors members and immediate family members living in the same house are not eligible to enter into the contest. Immediate family members include: spouse, child, parent, stepchild, stepparent, grandparent, grandchild, brother, sister, father-in-law, mother–in–law and any other relative permanently residing in the employee’s household.  
  11. Winner consents to using their name and image for publicity and promotional purposes relating to the contest, in any and all media now known or hereafter devised.  
  12. Libro reserves the right at its sole discretion to withdraw, terminate or modify any part of the contest at any time. 
  13. Participants release Libro and its employees, directors, officers, affiliates, agents and advertising and promotional agencies from any and all damages, injuries, claims, causes of actions, or losses of any kind (including actual legal fees and expenses) resulting directly or indirectly from the participation in the contest.
