We don’t have a set schedule, so we will announce which businesses are in the space and for how long using our Instagram account. We’d love if you tagged us when you pop-in using the hashtag #PopUpInTheCity and #LibroDTK.

We are excited you are interested in our space; we do want to note that not everyone who applies will be chosen. This is a new program, and we are still working out the frequency and scheduling of our pop-up space. We’d love to hear why you think your business is right for our space. What kind of businesses are you looking for?
Locally owned businesses are at the heart of our communities, we want to help you thrive! We are open to any local businesses applying to be part of our pop-up; however we should mention that if you are looking to sell food or drink, these need to be packaged. We also require a Pop-Up Shop Business License from the City of Kitchener.
How long can I operate in the space?
The maximum time a business can be hosted in our space is three weeks, however a day or two is also welcome. We will work to find the best arrangement for us and for you!
What does it cost?
The space is provided free of charge, however we do require a pop up license from the City of Kitchener for $133.00.
