Note: Libro released a new update to our Online and Mobile banking on Wednesday, November 12. There are some existing bugs that we are working diligently to address. Thank you for your patience.
⚠️ Sign-In Username (Owner Number with Leading zeros) – Users should not add leading zero(s) to your Owner Number. Enter it without zeros at the front (e.g., 00012345 → 12345).
Tip: If your username was saved with zeros, update it in the app/browser or your password manager.
⚠️Password Reset (Self Serve) – Self-serve password reset is a new feature. As such it is only available to users who have used the new login at least once and added a recovery email. If you haven’t moved to the new login yet and you are locked out, please call Libro Connect at 1-800-361-8222 and we’ll help reset your password and move your profile.
⚠️ Biometrics + 2-Step Verification – Owners who request a verification code on every login may be unable to currently set up biometrics.
Workaround: temporarily change your 2-Step Verification setting to “when Libro wants to confirm my identity” (then set up biometrics and re-enable your preferred setting).
