Starting May 14, Libro Credit Union will conduct its Owner survey to help gauge your satisfaction with Libro.

Phone calls will be made by Elemental Data Collection and managed by Insights Inc., both Canadian research firms who follow Canadian Marketing Association rules regarding phone surveys. If you receive a call on behalf of Libro be assured it is a legitimate call and you will never be asked for confidential information such as account numbers. We hope you'll take the time to answer their questions.
