Quality Analyst - London

Position Description

Libro has an opening for a passionately accountable Quality Analyst to be responsible for testing our Banking System Enhancements and Bug Fixes, Online and Mobile Banking Enhancements as well as our Customer Relationship Management System, and various in- housed developed Sales and Service Applications. This epic human is also responsible for monitoring and responding to Helpdesk work orders and providing accurate solutions to issues arising from the operation of the in-house banking system, customer relationship management system and all other in housed developed applications. – Could you be Libro? 


The Epic Human we are looking for will:
•    Conduct quality assurance testing for enhancements and bug fixes to the banking system, online and mobile Banking and other in housed developed software applications with sufficient detail to minimize risk and ensure the continued operation of the various systems
•    Document the results of system testing, ensure that the documentation to meets audit requirements
•    Review new or modified programs, including documentation, to determine if enhancements and bug fixes will perform according to the specifications 
•    Analyze test results and recommend process and workflow improvements to Supervisor/ Manager
•    Conduct user acceptance testing and ensure the integrity of the quality assurance test results
•    Responsible for providing staff with friendly, knowledgeable support and accurate Helpdesk solutions on the detailed operation of the banking system, Online and Mobile Banking, various credit union Sales and Service
•    Analyze and Investigate system errors and reported problems 
•    Maintain a database of outstanding errors and supporting documentation   
•    Assess the organizational impact of reported problems and make recommendations for procedural/system changes

Qualifications Required

•    A bachelor’s degree in Business or Technology or
•    3-5 years’ experience in a Financial Institution 
•    Ability to think analytically and should be  a proven problem solver
•    Excellent  written and verbal communication skills 
•    Working knowledge of the Ovation Banking System would be an asset
•    Ability to prioritize and plan workload to meet deadlines in a dynamic and fast paced environment
