Starting September 23, you may receive a phone call to participate in our Owner Satisfaction Survey. We hope you take it and thank you in advance for your participation. The phone calls are conducted by Elemental Data Collection and managed by Cube Research, on behalf of Libro Credit Union.

These Canadian research firms follow Canadian Marketing Association rules regarding phone surveys and you will never be asked for confidential information such as account numbers or banking details.
