June Leitch has been a Licensed Realtor since 2010 and thoroughly enjoys being a dedicated member of the Stratford community! June has called Stratford home since she was born and is now raising her own family in this beautiful city. She is a proud member of the Home & Company Real Estate Corporation team right here in the heart of Stratford.
June dedicates much of her spare time to strengthening the community through volunteer work with the United Way of Huron-Perth, the Stratford Perth Humane Society and the Alzheimer Society of Perth-Huron. Engaging with the members of this city through business or pleasure becomes a win-win situation, building lasting relationships and a vibrant society!
She currently sits on the Board of Directors for the Stratford and District Chamber of Commerce, as well as The Huron Perth Real Estate Board. She believes in continuing education in this industry therefore has completed both her Accredited Buyer’s Representation (ABR) Designation, along with the Accredited Senior’s Agent (ASA) Designation to provide her clients with a continued dedication of professional and knowledgeable service!
Katie DeBlock Boersma is a partner with Monteith Ritsma Phillips Professional Corporation. She grew up on a farm near Mitchell. She attended the University of Western Ontario and Osgoode Hall Law School, where she received the Stuart A .Roebuck prize for academic excellence. After graduating, she completed a clerkship at the Ontario Superior Court of Justice. After her call to the bar in 2011, she moved back to the farm with her husband Justin, and has been practicing with MRP since.
Katie’s practice focuses on Employment law, Real Estate, Wills and Estates and Corporate Law. She has a passion for advocacy, and has appeared before multiple courts and tribunals in Ontario.
Katie also sits as a Vice Chair on the Ontario Agriculture, Food and Rural Affairs Appeal Tribunal. She is a member of the ADR Institute of Ontario, and volunteers with the Local Community Food Centre. She is an avid, albeit extremely amateur, gardener, and loves running, reading, yoga and cooking. She and Justin have two young daughters, who keep them on their toes.
Sandra Thompson has been in the financial services industry for 39 years...19 as a lender, 14 with a title insurance company, and 6 with Genworth Canada, the largest private default insurer in Canada. Sandra works closely with credit unions and other Financial Institution to help make home ownership possible for Canadian Homebuyers.
Resident of London for 20 years, married for 40 years, mom to a son and daughter, grandmother of 3 (soon to be 4!) and best friend to Jeri, a 9 year old rescue dog!
