    November 18, 2015: New Hours – Woodslee Branch ›

    Starting December 1st Libro’s Woodslee branch will be open Monday to Wednesday, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. and Thursday and Friday, 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. The branch will be closed Saturday and Sunday.     November 9, 2015: Market Research Surveys ›

    Starting November 9th, Libro Credit Union will be conducting two phone surveys, one to help us determine how our brand is being recognized in our market, and the other to gauge your satisfaction with Libro. Phone calls will be made by Nielsen Opinion Quest and Insights Inc., both Canadian research firms who follow Canadian Marketing Association rules regarding phone surveys. If you receive a call on behalf of Libro be assured it is a legitimate call and you will never be asked for confidential information such as account numbers. We hope you'll take the time to answer their questions.

    We wanted to share a few changes to service charges that will be taking effect January 1, 2016. Every year, Libro reviews these service charges to ensure the costs of providing products and services are balanced and to make sure charges are fair for all Owners. The following changes reflect updates to management operations.
