In essence, Libro's Community Builder Grant Program supports community development projects that give youth the opportunity to develop leadership and career skills.
Youth are our focus - the community becomes their focus. Everyone wins.
Libro re-invests 5% of pre-tax and pre-dividend profit each year through our Community Builder Grant Program. In 2013, we distributed $473,876 to communities across southwestern Ontario, and in total, since 2005, we've contributed more than $3 million to local youth-initiated projects. Because we're owned by our customers, decisions about how and where to grant money always reflects their priorities which also happen to be youth-and community- focused.
