Dave Vanos
Branch Manager

I hold a Bachelor of Science degree in Agriculture from the University of Guelph with emphasis on Crop Science and Business. My work experience includes nine years in the livestock feed and agricultural machinery business in addition to 12 years experience with Libro Financial Group (ten as Manager of the Watford Branch).

I also operate a cash crop farm business which allows me valuable insight into operating a business along with the benefit of staying current with trends, issues and government policies which affect agricultural business.

Nancy Kremer
Account Manager

I have over 25 years of experience in the financial services industry, all of it with Libro Financial Group. I have a good understanding of current agricultural issues as I, along with my husband, am actively engaged in a cash crop and pullet operation just east of Watford.

Brenda Clark
Certified Financial Planner

I have worked in the financial services industry since 1991 and with the credit union since 1997. I am a graduate of the University of Windsor. I have earned the Certified Financial Planner designation, which is a professional designation and is considered the highest standard in Canada and internationally for financial planning. To keep this designation current and to stay up to date, I complete at least 30 hours of continuous learning and professional development each year. I am also a Credential Asset Management Inc. Mutual Fund Investment Specialist.

Jenny Esselment
Lending Specialist

I have worked in the financial services industry since 1989 and at Libro Financial Group since 1994. I have successfully completed numerous specialized training courses in retail lending and continue to upgrade my skills.
