Linda Mackenzie
Branch Manager

I have been working within the credit union system since 1975, with Libro Financial Group since 1993, and as Branch Manager of the Sarnia branch since 1997. I continue to service a small farm and commercial portfolio with assistance from my valued branch team. Together we provide quality financial service to residents, farms and businesses in the Sarnia Lambton area. I enjoy our owners, our staff and my chosen career.  I serve on two separate boards within our community.  I encourage participation through service to the many not for profit organizations in Sarnia Lambton, an essential component of mutual success.

John Young
Account Manager

I have been an Account Manager with Libro Financial Group since 2000. Previous work experience includes eight years in the poultry industry. My education includes a degree from the University of Guelph in Agricultural Economics, specialized training in commercial lending at the credit union system’s Professional Credit Granting School, and an Ontario Management Development Program certificate from Lambton College. I have also completed the Advanced Agricultural Leadership Program.

Jamie Carson
Account Manager

I started at Libro Financial Group in 2007 as a Service Representative. I am currently finishing up my undergraduate degree at the University of Western Ontario. I have lived in Sarnia most of my life.

I am very proud to be part of the Libro team and I look forward to serving the financial needs of Libro’s self-employed owners in my role as Account Manager.

Susan Roddy
Certified Financial Planner

I have worked in the financial services industry for over 25 years and I have been a Financial Planner since 1995. I have earned the Certified Financial Planner™ designation, which is a professional designation and is considered the highest standard in Canada and internationally for financial planning. To keep this designation current and to stay up to date I complete at least 30 hours of continuous learning and professional development each year. I am also a Credential Asset Management Inc. Mutual Funds Investment Specialist.

My assistant, Mary Anne Bell, who has worked in the financial services industry since 1976, helps me ensure you get the excellent service you deserve.

Gwen Klatt
Lending Specialist

I like meeting with new people and introducing them to Libro and the credit union style of banking. I take pride in providing personalized customer service. In my free time, I enjoy volunteering for a number of different charities and organizations. It’s a great way to give back to my friends and family in the community!
