Permanent Part-Time Service Representative

Libro Financial Group has an opening in the Waterloo Branch for a Permanent Part-Time Service Representative.

In this position, the successful candidate will provide personal contact to our owners in assisting them with their daily transactions. The ideal candidate will be highly motivated with proven service and sales experience. Experience in a financial service environment, particularly as a teller would be an asset.

Contract Contact Centre Representative

The Administration Office of Libro Financial Group in London, Ontario has an opening for a Contract Contact Centre Representative.

This position will ensure exceptional levels of financial service to the owners and clients of Libro Financial Group. The successful candidate will be proactive in a sales environment, team player and possess excellent communication and telephone skills.

Candidates for this position will have a post-secondary degree/diploma with a minimum of two years of sales experience in the financial service industry. Experience in a call centre in a customer service environment would be an asset.
